I provide supportive challenge and expert guidance to help schools strengthen leadership, sharpen self-evaluation, and drive sustained improvement. Each partnership is tailored to the school’s context, combining coaching, evidence-based review, and practical next steps that build capacity and confidence.

What's included:

  • Support, challenge, and validation of self-evaluation

  • Teaching and learning reviews

  • Coaching-based approach that promotes independence and clarity​

Available on a termly or half-termly basis, for full or half-day visits, each including preparation, on-site work, and a detailed report with identified strengths and clear, actionable recommendations.

I offer bespoke support to strengthen leadership, review practice, and enhance teaching and learning. Drawing on evidence-informed research, I help schools focus on how pupils learn and how teachers can be most effective — ensuring improvement makes a real difference for every learner.

As External Advisor, I support Governing Boards in fulfilling their statutory duty to review and set Head Teacher appraisal objectives. The process is professional, supportive, and developmental — designed to strengthen leadership, sustain improvement, and promote the Head Teacher’s ongoing professional growth.

Available as staff training sessions - twilights or INSET days - depending on your needs.

Available as hourly sessions, in person or online, with a commitment to a minimum of 6 sessions after a free exploratory 'taster' session.
